Oops. That needs a little correction. From the aforementioned site:

"Now that Webmin comes with a build in SpamAssassin module, I've stopped
developping this module."

So just install Webmin and you'll get the built-in SpamAssassin
configuration module. It's in the 9.1 distribution, but there's a newer
version available on the Webmin site, and since Webmin is
platform-neutral (i.e., it's distributed in a "-noarch" RPM), there's no
concern about finding a suitable package.
