Pro noblemo. Another daily disk-grinder is the process of building "locatedb" ("/var/lib/locatedb" ... "man 5 locatedb"), an analogous database used by the "locate" command ("man locate"). Locate is nowhere near as flexible as "find," but when it's adequate, it's far faster.
