Surprise, surprise:

Open up the YaST Control Center (the graphical one, not the textmode).

Select Software.

Now drag the 'Install and Remove Software' icon onto your desktop.

A dialog pops up, asking for a name. Give it a name (it will be the filename
of the .desktop file).

Now Click on the icon you just dropped. ;P
