SUSE 9.1, kernel 2.6.5-7.104-default
In 13 days of uptime ps reports time 3 minutes in the future:
uptime; ps u | grep ps | grep -v grep | awk '{print $9;}'; date
10:35am up 13 days 0:54, 3 users, load average: 0.14, 0.15, 0.13
10:38
Sat Aug 21 10:35:49 PDT 2004
Kernel 2.4.21-231-smp on SUSE 9.0 does not seem to have this problem:
10:37am up 10 days 2:49, 11 users, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
10:37
Sat Aug 21 10:37:48 PDT 2004
Is this problem specific to SUSE 2.6 kernel or it is a feature of 2.6 kernel?
Can anybody try it on kernel.org kernel?
Thanks, -Kastus
