Gil,
You can disregard the signature errors, those are not problems you need 
to be concerned about.

That's the mirror I use to download all my KDE files for updating.  YOU 
or YAST On-Line Update is not going to help you get these.  You will 
need to either download them manually and install/update them or use 
one of the nice facilities available to do that automatically, like Red 
Carpet or apt.  My suggestion would be for you to download and install 
using the shell and rpm command.  If that doesn't seem like your cup of 
tea though, then check out one of the two things I mentioned.  But, 
decide on one to use, don't mix and match them, else you could find 
yourself in trouble.
