Has anyone used XFCE4 under SuSE 9.1? How did you decide to make XFCE4 available as (a) an option or (b) the default?
Thanks

Dennis, All you need do is install all the XFce4 rpms and add a xfce4.desktop file to your /opt/kde3/share/apps/kdm/sessions. It should appear in your menu after restarting kdm. Maybe even before, but I believe I restarted kdm first. Go to the login screen and select it from your menu.
is the xfce4.desktop file blank? Just touch xfce4.desktop? dennis tuchler
