How did you upgrade KDE, through YaST or some other method. I remember once
when I updated KDE from the RPMs from the KDE site, I got the same behavior.
There was a SuSE specific KDE package that got replaced by the standard KDE
package. Later, when I upgraded again, this time using YaST pointed to the
KDE update directory on ftp.suse.com, it put that SuSE specific package back
and from then on, clicking on an RPM in file manager opens the "Install with
YaST2" window.
