Perhaps, something goes wrong with file associations. Or even with this new subfs stuff. Try to enter your directory in the URL line. What happens? IMHO, the subfs stuff SuSE installs, is a little bit buggy. Make the traditional settings in /etc/fstab. (look at http://portal.suse.com/sdb/en/2004/05/hmeyer_91_revert_from_subfs.html). Since i've done that, my system just run s fine. Alex, I get the same problem when putting the directory in the URL line. I'm accessing my local hard drive, so subfs shouldn't be an issue, I would have thought. I just tried running Konq as root, and the problem does not occur. Des
