Somehow I managed to separate the various parts of the K3b screen (contents, project view, directories, etc.) and I cannot get them back together as they were originally. There were some small arrows in the corners of the various sub-screens that separated and then rejoined the screens, but those are now gone and I cannot restore K3b so that I can use it. :o(
You mean you have the windows open, but the little arrows in them are gone?
I tried uninstalling K3b and then reinstalling it, but I only got the same problem back. So I guess there must be a configuration file somewhere that's keeping the screwed up settings and is preventing me from getting K3b back together.
Can anyone please tell me how I can delete K3b in its entirety, including all configuration files so that I can then reinstall K3b as it appears on the SuSE DVDs.
Uninstalling the rpm, plus deleting $HOME/.kde/share/apps/k3b and $HOME/.kde/share/config/k3b* should do the trick
