[SLE] Xine and SuSe 9.1 : SUCCESS, one file was missing.

I happenned to be able to compile and run :
xine-lib-1-rc4a
xine-ui-0.99.1
libdvdcss-1.2.8
xine-lib crashed during compilation since the file libpopt.la is missing in
package popt
I've got this file on the web and everything runs fine. Can mail it on
request.
No longer need of libdvdread and libdvdnav.
