wvdial --> NO ANSWER

Dear all,
I am trying to configure my modem card corrctly on my SONY VAIO with SUSE 9.0.
After set up of the card with smartlink and configuring the device with
winconfig, I have tried to connect to my ISP, but I had bad response, that
was
NO ANSWER
I had the accuracy to use X3 parameter, that could be right for skipping
dialtone waiting (in Italy there is no long and continous dialtone before
dialing the number).
Is there someone who could provide me info about solving this bug??
This is the configuration file of wvdial:
