Hi,
This may sound stupid but is it possible to effectively " mount " a mobile phone. I have no need to use it for modem purposes but would like to be able to access its memory via irda. irdadump recognises the phone and states that itcomm pnp and modem are available modes.
Cheers

Don't think so. I don't think any manufacturer is likely to tell you about the internal file sturctures.
I used to have a phone that was accessed via a serial port using gnokii, there was also some stuff in the docs about using irtty. There was no need to mount the phone, using the GUI, you could manipulate all functions, like dialling, answering, uploading downloading memory and SIM card. Regards Sid. -- Sid Boyce ....
