Included in the hidden headers, there is one named "list-unsubscribe" that has a unsubscribe address tailored for you - and don't ask me how to see that header, it depends on the software you use. The general method is to email to "suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@..." from the same address you used to subscribe. In both cases, you receive a confirmation email to which you have to respond within 24 hours. If that doesn't work, email the list "owner", at the address listed on the help email or the confirmation email you got when you subscribed.
