When using a Samsung CLP-500 Colour Laser Printer from under SuSE 9.0 (x86_64, but it should not matter?), we get printouts of a quality comparable with an ink-jet printer (fuzzy), but not up to a standard we would expect from a laser printer. The test page from the printer itself is of a better quality. The driver used is downloaded from <a href="http://www.samsung.com/Support/ProductSupport/Download/Model_Select.aspx?type=Printer&typecode=15&subtype=Color+Laser+Printer&cmssubtypecode=1503&model=CLP-500&filetype=DR&language="> the Samsung Web site</a>. Many thanks for any ideas/suggestions. Are there any plans to support this printer in YaST? Sergei
