Guess that could be considered the 'Achilles Heel' but if apt says there are
non-installable deps I will first look to the DVD. I rather figured there
might be a compatibility issue.
I got apt working, though, after a fashion. It d/l 19 files but wouldn't
install any of them. It said, 'No signatures' or something similar.
Manually installed & got things working.
