Indirectly. It was installed on your system through YaST Online Update from
http://corefonts.sourceforge.net. At one point Microsoft released these fonts
gratis on the net. They have since removed that offer, but the licensing
terms they used allowed people to keep distributing them, as long as they are
distributed in the original .exe format and (this is why they can't be
included in the box I think) you may not charge for it. Look
at /usr/share/doc/corefonts/EULA.html for the full license terms
