There's no support for 8.2 anymore. Support for the previous version ends, at the latest, ninety days after the release of the current version. So registering 8.2 is rather useless.

To Philipp et al: Registering ANY version of Suse is useless as the support is pretty well non-existant!! If you want help you have to go to third party sources, such as SLE.
