Easy, just dont install the boot manager during the xandros install, edit the config file of your bootloader with the relevant information. If you need to go digging for it just mount the partition and IIRC everything is under /boot.

In my existing /boot/grub/ menu.lst then, would I do: ###Existing YAST-created Suse stuff:### ###Don't change this comment - YaST2 identifier: Original name: failsafe### title Failsafe kernel (hd0,1)/boot/vmlinuz root=/dev/hda2 showopts ide=nodma apm=off acpi=off vga=normal nosmp noapic maxcpus=0 3 initrd (hd0,1)/boot/initrd ###New Xandros Option:### title Xandros kernel (hd0,1)/boot/vmlinuz-2.4.24-x1 root=/dev/hda4 showopts ide=nodma apm=off acpi=off vga=normal nosmp noapic maxcpus=0 3 initrd (hd0,1)/boot/initrd ?
