Hello,
I installed SuSE 9.0 and I have problems with the configuration of the sound card "82801 EB AC'97 Audio Controller".
Under Windows XP it is working well.
Under Linux I can hear some thing, but it is too low (the volume is set to 100).
Under sound card advanced options (YaST) I can see:
Description - Option - Value
AC`97 codec clock (0=auto-detect) - snd_ac97_clock - 0
Joystick port address for Intel i8x0 soundcard - snd_joystick_port -
MPU401 port # for Intel i8x0 driver - snd_mpu_port -
I will appreciate if somebody can gave me a hit to resolve this problem.
Regards,
Herbert
