Help with firewall (Togan ?)

Hi,
I'm having a problem with my firewall setup.
When I shut it off, I can get out to the 'Net, but when I set it up in
Quick-mode I can't.
My setup :
eth0 is the external device
eht1 is the internal device
No services are offered to the Internet, but the linux-box is a dhcp-
and dns-server.
Maybe one additional remark : if I disable the firewall I can't get out,
unless I disable ip-forwarding, and re-enable it.
Any pointers ?
