What I have always done with 3Ware is to look at the version of the driver that is built with the SuSE kernel, then go to the 3Ware site and grab the firmware and tools versions that match the driver. This has always worked well for me and I have about 14 machines running with these controllers. - Herman Jack Malone wrote:
Just wondering if any of your 3ware users are running 3dm with suse 9.0 an if so did you use the version on the disk or download a new version. I try running the one on disk an it installs then after instalation it i get the following error on command line
/etc/inikt.d/3dm: line 7 /etc/rc.config: no suck file or directory
thanks for any help in this matter.
