Can't login to Zope

I cannot login to Zope.
Zope is as is from the SuSE9.0 CD's, and Zope is up and running
(can access it over the net, can run the examples, etc.).
There's a script to change the administrator username and password, and I've
tried it in a million different ways, but the most simple way should be ok:
python zpasswd.py -u testuser -p secret inituser
The file inituser is stored in the zope root, i.e. (opt/zope.
However, I can't login.
Any ideas?
