I am trying to do a ftp install. I did the following:
1. Created a boot CD
2. Reboot into menu
3. Select manual install
4. Type in linux install=ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/current in
the option box.
5. Hit enter. After answering English, etc. I load the nic driver
(Tulip) successfuly.
6. I start the install. Give the address of my router/nameserver
192.168.0.1, answer the default to the next two questions, but it can't
ever conncet to the ftp server.
What am I doing wrong?
TIA
