Good day Alain, I do not know for sure, but try this: Check to see the permissions on the device file the scanner is attached to (in /dev/) Perhaps you just need to put the appropriate users in the appropriate group to which the device file belongs. If the device file the scanner is attached to is a link to some other file, also consider that file. And so on. Best regards :o) Johnny :o)
