Boot CD instead of disk

Hi,
Does anyone made a boot CD that do the same thing then the boot diskette
(including all other diskettes)? If so, I will be interested in an ISO
image. Here, At work it is more and more difficult to justify buying
diskette and I have gone through 20 of those (only 2 were still good...).
