Strange, I wonder if this is a problem with the SuSE binaries. I compiled my KDE 3.2 from pristine source and have no problems with Kget.
Yep, it *may* be a solution. But I'd prefer to avoid it. Just to have a clue anyway which sources did you use? Last KDE snapshot? Last SuSE srpm? If you used last SuSE srpm how did you do it? I tried to compile SUSE's kdelibs3 but failed. I'm definitively not planning to use last KDE snapshot, if I was planning so I'd be using Gentoo... that actually could be an option for my "fun box".
