I understand, but what device do I mount? I tried plugging the card reader in
with a card in it, but nothing appeared to happen for about a minute while I
waited. Did I not wait long enough? What should I be looking for to change
when it's working right?

It galled me, but I had to go to Windows to get the job done. :-(
