-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 SuSE 8.2. Printing under CUPS Samba is working fine as a file server. I can't seem to get it to print, however. I used Yast to create a raw print queue and (tried to) enable it under Samba. Here's the section of the smb.conf: [prtsmb] comment = Raw Epson Queue path = /var/tmp read only = No create mask = 0600 printable = Yes printer name = prtsmb oplocks = No Under Win2K, I can browse the printer, I installed it with the Epson C82 driver (I did test it locally, it's good). Windows appears to connect to the printer, and (by watching the queue), I see it hand the file off to Samba - but nothing ever prints. I'm missing something - probably obvious. Does anyone have any ideas? tia - ---Michael -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFANk0VjeziQOokQnARAnsxAJ9fbRhxlBu02+W7uucCWNBRs5JxowCaA/Xy hs7rJLTyVmXEvoBztQCYaWc= =F9Kz -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
