Well I still can't get it working. This is what I get when I try ./configure. I have imlib-config 1.9 installed. I looked at the imlib-config file and I don't see where I should make a change. checking for imlib-config... /opt/gnome/bin/imlib-config checking for IMLIB - version >= 1.8.2... no *** Could not run IMLIB test program, checking why... *** The test program failed to compile or link. See the file config.log for the *** exact error that occured. This usually means IMLIB was incorrectly installed *** or that you have moved IMLIB since it was installed. In the latter case, you *** may want to edit the imlib-config script: /opt/gnome/bin/imlib-config ERROR: Needs a system with Imlib 1.8.2 or higher You can obtain it from: blah, blah, blah....
