Regardless of whether it is illegal or not to evaluate the employees via a stealth connection, we the SLE users are not the judge, jury and executioner in being able to decide whether the Romanian should be offered help or not.
Of course we are.
Offer me a job. I need one, I really do.And that is your personal opinion and you are entitled to it however as opposed to just switching off the radio when it broadcast something you disliked, you decided to give reasons why should have to turn the radio off to the poor Romanian.
If you pay me, you can tell me what to do and reasonably expect me to do
it. But as long as this list is a freebie, it's on an "if I feel like
it" basis. Usually I feel like it, this time I don't. I'm glad to see so
many people agree with me.

employees do, but not covertlyOh yes they do, provided of course the employees are told that they will be monitored at various times. That way they can be 'spied' on at any time and not know if Big Brother is watching and their civil liberties are not trampled. As an example, assume Employee A plays games on his office PC but tells no one. If he could see that he was being watched he would no doubt be working and not playing games, however he can't see Big Brother covertly watching him, as they said they might be when he was employed, and so he wastes company resources.
