not suse's job to track and include the multitude of plugins for it or include 
any more than a few themes.

Themes are easy... just go to <http://www.muhri.net> and pull down the ones 
you want or the whole sheband... then follow the instructions given in the 
configuration menu for gkrellm for installing themes.

Plugins are up to you to install from the individual writer's site (linked 
from <http://web.wt.net/~billw/gkrellm/Plugins.html>)... 

some have provided rpms... others just give you source.
