Kde icons

Hi,
browsed the archives but no answer so far.
SL 9.0, Kde window manager.
SuSEPlugger and SuSE watcher icons appear way too big in the panel after
startup. How can I change their size and make them suitable ?
On the same topic:
I switched icons theme to Noia KDE and the start button now shows the
"K". Is there a way to revert it to SuSE logo keeping the icom theme
unchanged?
