Hi,
Does anybody have any recommendations or warnings about ADSL ISPs in the UK? I will also need (perhaps as part of the package) a mail address.
(I'm currently with BTO but their refusal to support anything other than Outlook Express has finally stung me into action).
Thanks, Dave
Eclipse [www.eclipse.net.uk] is good. They supply routers for ADSL, which means that they are OS neutral, which is always good in an ISP. As for mail, I have <anything>[at]archipelago[dot]eclipse[dot]co[dot]uk. There are various options on how they do this - I understand that they also support <anything>[at]eclipse[dot]co[dot]uk. And there are a few options on the mail boxes you can have with an account. HTH Vince Littler
