Eclipse [www.eclipse.net.uk] is good. They supply routers for ADSL, which
means that they are OS neutral, which is always good in an ISP.

As for mail, I have <anything>[at]archipelago[dot]eclipse[dot]co[dot]uk. There
are various options on how they do this - I understand that they also support
<anything>[at]eclipse[dot]co[dot]uk. And there are a few options on the mail
boxes you can have with an account.
