Check in kmix if the "CD" source is on. which CD player du you use? nicolas

CD Player plays the CD at /dev/sr0 (not /dev/cdrom for some reason) but no sound comes out. I can use RealPlayer and listen to sound files on the internet so I know the sound system is working. Any ideas on how to proceed? Thanks, Jerome
