Good day Carlos, the outcome is fine. Actually I did not even try to correct the problematic system. I backed up her personal data, formatted the system and reinstalled from the ground up. Now it works. I am sure all the problems with the first try is my fault. Thank you too all who tried to help. :o) Best regards :o) Johnny :o)
