afaik you there are no keys available.
However, going back you can do with <alt><arrow left>
going forward with <alt><arrow right>. up and down with the respective arrows
and if you use <shift> at the same time konqueror will scroll automatically
for you. Pressing the shift arrow combination once more increases the scroll
speed.
