I'm running SUSE 9.0. I have two boxes. Until recently I was using ntl cable broadband. I had a Vigor router two share the connection between the two boxes. I have now changed to UKFSN adsl which is currently offering 1mb connection for 27 GBP per month. Prblem is UKFSN uses PPPoA which my router doesn,t support.

My question is can I use SUSE firewall to share the connection ? I think I would need to put another NIC in one of the boxes
Yes.
and connect the modem to that box then configure SUSE firewall to do the routing.. Is that possible ?
It's possible and not even difficult - as long as your one box can connect to the internet. Greetings from Bremen hartmut
