Or, if you're a graphical-user-interface type of
person, you can go to
ControlCenter->YAST2->System->Partitioner.
First make sure a mount point is set (e.g. /windows/C)
for the partition in question, then go to 'fstab
options' and uncheck 'do not mount at system startup'.
The effect will be the same as editing /etc/fstab by
hand.
