Such a list does not exist. But normally you get an answer if the mail is a
valid bug report. In case it's more a support issue, you either get a few
hints or a pointer to our support.
But you have to keep in mind that there is only a limited number of people
processing feedback so sometimes the backlog is up to three weeks, so you
should wait at least two weeks before inquiring again.
