Hi, thanks for your help.

I remember k3bsetup on SuSE 8.1 but there's no such program in SuSE 9.0 as
far
as I can tell. It doesn't exist in /opt/kde3/bin nor can Yast2 find it in a
package search. Strangely, there *are* png graphics for it in /opt/kde3/
share/apps/pics

Am I looking in the wrong place?

Hi,

Not sure if this helps but I am running Slackware 9.1, and there is a K3b
setup entry ,in KDE's control panle-> System Administration->k3bsetup.

I had similar problems with Slackware, and I was able to sort it from
there.
