anyone been able to get a download from Mozilla or firebird ??

I've been trying for a couple of days now to download both a newer
firebird and Mozilla (1.6.2 ) and All I get is a message saying there
was an error ..
are they down for an anual Fall clean? Everyone took the weekend off to
watch college football ?? OR is my usual hightened paranoia showing
