Scanner install

SuSE (8.2 for me now) & Yast2 are improving. Devices are detected
automatically (it is not only the fact of SuSE of course).
For the first time I tried installing my HP Scanjet 6200C with Yast2. Two
years ago it had to be done almost manually, now it goes very fast, the
scanner is detected and the Sane module is installed automatically.
Still one problem (It is fortunate that I used to install a scanner manually):
Yast 2 still forget to make chmod 666 /dev/usbscanner. If the write permission
is not set for all users you have no hope to scan anything.
As for Kooka I stay with xsane and Gimp: faster and more interactive.
