I just want to play dvds. I donloaded all the stuff from http://cambuca.ldhs.cetuc.puc-rio.br/xine/ and installed through YAST. I had uninstalled all earlier media players. Xine just gets stuck and drive bay don't open. There was an error during libdvdcss and I installed anyway and took the no-lock option. Any help on how to get Xine to install on 9.0 would be apreciated. I installed the same way with 8.2 no problems. With 9.0 it asks for the install disks twice and I follow so but too no avail.

The mplayer and related files from packman work well. There are separate RPMs for SuSE 9, which is very helpful. Use this instead of xine. LW999
