Mozilla seems to be broken in SuSE 9.0. It works, but if you touch the keyboard to type anything it crashes. I have tried 1.4 and 1.5 and it is the same. I saw a post suggesting there was a problem with the firewall setup but this is nonsense. If you can only get Mozilla working with this sort of work-a-round it is a serious problem, maybe not as bad as Mandrake 9.2 but not far off.
Am I the only one who thinks 9.0 is not quite finished? I have been a user since 6.0 and 9.0 seems very rough compared to 8.2.

My guess it is something about 9.0 that is causing this. I have actually used the 9.0 Mozilla rpms for 1.5 without problems on my 8.2 setup. I know there are some changes with Gnome things in 9.0 and wonder if that is not the problem. I mentioned earlier about some files, libgsf, uploaded to the KDE respositories just recently that are 9.0 rpms. Installing them breaks 8.2 Gnome and compiling for Gnome. Spent a few hours tracking that one down! Unless of course, the 9.0 Mozilla rpms are built with 8.2 Gnome locations in mind rather than 9.0? I suppose that would be possible also and it is having trouble locating things in 9.0 SuSE? Not sure yet, why the Gnome things were changed either.
