I went and buy a serial cable DCA-500. It works good with C55,M55,S55,SL55 amd 
the sync process worked fine with no problems.

It will be still our problem with USBcable and yes I will write to Siemens 
this later on this weekend. I will send offline the email.

Hope SuSE and Siemens will work together better.
