Mozilla Freezes

I have been having problems with Mozilla 1.5, it was the same with 1.4,
and SuSE 8.2. After browsing the internet for a couple of hours, it will
get very slow and then will freeze. I kill it and reopen, it is OK for
awhile. Also have had this happen in WinXP using same versions. Any idea
what could be the problem?
