Read-Write-Execute Permissions on a Samba File Share

Hi there, I have a SuSE 8.1 Box running Samba for a small network of Win9X and Win2000 PCs. I want to create a directory where: 1) All users can store data. 2) Only specific users can delete this data. 3) All users can read the data but not delete it. Can someone please assist me with this?? Is there some type of configuration I can do in my samba smb.conf file to arrange this?? Is there something else besides Samba that I can do?
