Has something similar. Some fonts have disappeared, causing them to be 
replaced by some ugly default font (no aa). Other fonts are still there.

If you find a solution (other than reverting to 3.1.1 and upgrading to 3.1.1 
again) then please let me know. I'll do the same if I can find the cause.
