After upgrading to KDE 3.1.3, my desktop was pretty hosed. I kept a copy of all my

Any ideas how to get this back?
I don't have any help for you, but I can also agree that KDE 3.1.3 has a few screwy things wrong with it. I'm still waiting and hoping someone has an answer for me to let me know how to get it *back* to the version that installed from the DVD.

Have you search the archives for posts dealing with upgrading to 3.1.3? It's been awhile since I did it, but I had to remove the .kde dir, .mcop(?) and jump through a few other hoops to get it to work. Sorry but I have a bad memory and got rid of my notes. Try searching the archives ... http://www.netsys.com/suse-linux-e/ Have you tried using Yast > software > install remove to revert back? For the multiple desktops, can you right click on the panel > panel menu > add
