remote smtp using postfix question

      I'm running postfix at my office and just setup my firewall so that I
can send mail through the office while at home. I did so by only
allowing my IP in. My question is if I can setup postfix or something
else so that a password will be required before sending mail to my
server IF it's coming from the outside world?
